Seres has 3 Data Centers (2 in France and 1 in Spain), equipped with the latest technologies for backed-up power supply, air conditioning, fire detection and extinguishing systems, controlled access, video surveillance and internet access redundancy (BGP4). We can also offer you the benefits of a BCP/BRP (Business Continuity Plan/Business Recovery Plan), based on mutual back-up from the Data Centers, meaning continuous client service can be maintained, even in the event of a major incident in one of the Data Centers.

Staff at Seres are all experienced and supervise our services and application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They manage application availability, security, back-up and up-date issues on your behalf, for example.
