Technically speaking

Data control: : e-Presto controls the syntax and presence of mandatory data as well as the business data included in the messages interchanged. E-mail alerts are automatically generated in the event of error.

Data conversion: e-Presto : e-Presto lets you issues documents in a single file format (EDI message, flat file, XML file, etc.) The e-Presto platform then converts format and dispatches messages in the format expected by each of your partners.

Message tracking and monitoring:  e-Presto tracks interchanges from the time the message is sent up to the moment it is received by the recipient. There is a monitoring portal available on the Internet, where you can consult message status (sent, delivered, received or refused).

Centralised, secured routing:  e-Presto is the single entry point for your interchanges – the platform receives and dispatches all your electronic messages to recipients in a secured manner and using the appropriate communication protocol (X400, FTP, CFT or AS2).

Batching/debatching of messages: When messages are received, e-Presto takes care of the batching and/or debatching phase (e.g. debatching a batch containing several orders issued and intended for different suppliers).

Tax-compliant electronic gateway: As an option, e-Presto may be combined with the e-Facture tax-compliant electronic solution for invoices, offered in hosted mode. You can thus substitute the original paper invoice with an electronic original copy.
