The objective is to allow the transfer of heavy, sensitive or confidential files (calls for tender, contracts, notifications, etc.)

The Doc@Mail solution can be used to track your interchanges with the recipients. This traceability is based on the message tracking function. It lets you monitor message status in real time and ensures security thanks to the use of message coding with a SSL 128 bit certificate.

Doc@Mail can also be used to ensure message authentification as it authenticates partners upstream and downstream using electronic certificates. As an option, there is the electronic signature module, with an electronic certificate issued by Certinomis (a subsidiary of Docapost).

This solution is easy to roll out and offers you total control over costs. It only requires a simple internet browser.

Technically speaking

File transmission: Doc@Mail can be used to send any type of file. Simply select the recipient, enter the title and message and select the documents to be attached. Each recipient will receive an e-mail containing a hypertext link where he can access the message and download the files.

Manage Send preferences: Doc@Mail lets you manage how the message will be sent: message notification language, electronic signature, date and time of sending, notifications on mail consultation or downloading of the attached document, expiry of the message, security level, etc.

Distribution list management: Doc@Mail lets the administrator automatically integrate distribution lists or create personalised distribution lists for each user.

Electronic postmark: Optionally, benefit from the electronic time-stamping function. It has the same value as an official certificate, just like the traditional postmark.

User community management: Doc@Mail lets you manage your user community, where users benefit from the same standard parameter settings (e.g. an English-speaking user community can benefit from an English-language back office, etc.)

Message monitoring and historical data: Doc@Mail keeps a log of messages sent and lets you consult that status of downloads per message and per recipient (sent, notified, partially consulted, consulted, etc.)
