Doc@Flow is a powerful module used to validate and manage document circulation processes within your organisation.

You can freely define the route your documents take according to various parameters, including document type, department concerned, user type or list of validators.

A system of alerts informs you as to the document’s status (validated, blocked, refused, etc.) and you have a full range of options for document processing and workflow output (archiving, desktop publishing, web services, e-mail, publishing on the Doc@net collaborative portal, etc.)

• Web services;
• Manual push.

• SSL 128 coding;
• High authentification (on the basis of certification, not requiring log-in and password entry);
