Seres restructures and absorbs its subsidiary companies Seres ASV and Edixis

Subsidiary of Docapost, holding of the La Poste group and Bull, Seres has positioned for 20 years like an principal actor on dematerialization’s market.

For better answering the requests of this market in strong growth, Seres wished to gather under only one and even banner the whole of know-how and competences of its two expert subsidiary companies Seres ASV (Videocoding and ADR/ADC software solutions) and Edixis (transactional platforms and document management).

This fusion, vector of new synergies, allows Seres to pursue the evolution of its offer by adapting it to a request for expertise increasingly more pointed on the market and to propose packaged offers or on-demand solutions for the global management of their customers documents.
